Block Puzzle - Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how KENSTACK COMPANY LIMITED ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use Block Puzzle — Wood & Crystal (the "App"). This policy is provided in compliance with the Google Play Developer Program Policies.

1. Age Restriction — Not Directed at Children

This App is intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions such as the EU/EEA). By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years of age.

If you are a parent or guardian and you believe your child has used this App in violation of this restriction, please contact us at the address in Section 8.

2. Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal or sensitive user data.

We do not sell, share, or transfer any user data to any third party, including advertisers, data brokers, or analytics providers.

3. On-Device Storage Only

All game data — including progress, high scores, settings, difficulty preference, and virtual coins — is stored exclusively and locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences mechanism. This data:

• Is never transmitted to our servers or any external service.
• We do not have access to this data.
• Is not backed up to any cloud service by us (though Android's auto-backup system may back this data up to your Google account per Android OS behavior, which is governed by Google's own Privacy Policy).

4. Data Retention and Deletion

Retention: We maintain no server-side data about you and therefore have no retention schedule for personal user data. The only data that persists is your local game data stored on your device, which remains there until you remove it.

Deletion: This App does not require account registration. There is no server-side data to delete, and no formal account deletion process applies. You may permanently erase all local game data at any time by:

• Uninstalling the App from your device, or
• Clearing App data via Settings → Apps → Block Puzzle — Wood & Crystal → Storage → Clear Data

5. Secure Data Handling

Although we do not collect personal data, we maintain appropriate technical practices:

• The App has no backend server and does not transmit user data over any network.
• The only outbound network activity is an HTTPS request to Google's font servers via the google_fonts Flutter package, which loads display fonts (e.g., Nunito) when they are not available in the device's local cache. This is ephemeral — Google's servers may log the connecting IP address per their standard operational logging (governed by Google's Privacy Policy); we do not receive, access, or store this IP address or any data from that transaction.
• Local game data is sandboxed by Android's application isolation — it is inaccessible to other installed apps.

6. Third-Party Components

The App uses the following third-party components. Neither component is an advertising SDK, analytics SDK, or user-tracking service:

Google Fonts (by Google LLC)

• Purpose: Load and cache display fonts locally on your device (e.g., Nunito typeface).
• Network activity: An HTTPS request to fonts.googleapis.com is made when the required font is not available in the local device cache. The request is ephemeral — processed in real time to serve the font file. We do not collect or receive any data from this transaction. Google's handling of the server log from this request is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
• Data collected by us: None.

URL Launcher (Flutter plugin by the Flutter team)

• Purpose: Opens hyperlinks (such as this Privacy Policy URL) in your device's default browser when you tap a link within the App.
• Network activity: None initiated by us. The OS handles the browser navigation.
• Data collected by us: None.

We do not integrate advertising SDKs (e.g., AdMob, AppLovin), analytics SDKs (e.g., Firebase Analytics, Mixpanel), crash-reporting tools (e.g., Crashlytics), or any user-tracking or behavioral profiling services in the current version of the App.

If future versions of the App introduce advertising or analytics (e.g., Google AdMob with UMP Consent), this Privacy Policy will be updated before such changes go live.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the App after any update constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised policy.

The latest version of this Privacy Policy will always be available at the URL provided to Google Play Console and linked within the App.
